There are 3 large hog roast machine all catering grade stainless steel, all propane heated and fitted with all the necessary safety devices (thermocouples). Two of the machines have just had bran new motors installed. All the machines are capable of turning an 85Kg beast (proper hog roasters/the real deal).
There are also 4 full spit poles, 3 large frying trays 2 pulled pork trays, 6 propane refill cylinders as well as lots of other bits and spares, I have collected over the years.
This honestly is a brilliant opportunity; I am emigrating to NZ to follow my teaching career. I would happily train and teach, all the innís and out's of hog roasting, as well as pass on my contacts and business number.
